Section 508 of the Federal Crop Insurance Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1508 ) is amended— in subsection (b)— by striking paragraph (7); and by redesignating paragraphs
(8)through
(11)as paragraphs
(7)through (10), respectively; in subsection (e)(2), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking paragraph
(3)and inserting paragraphs (3), (6), and
(7); and in subsection (k)(8)(C), by striking subparagraph (A)(iii) and inserting subparagraph (A)(ii) . Section 522 of the Federal Crop Insurance Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1522 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(4)(A), by striking paragraphs
(1)and inserting paragraph
(1); and in subsection (e)(1), by adding a period at the end. Section 531(d)(3)(A) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1531(d)(3)(A) ) is amended— by striking
(A)and all that follows through Eligible losses .— An eligible in clause
(i)and inserting the following: An eligible ; by striking clause (ii); and by redesignating subclauses
