Section 9013(e) of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 8113(e) ) is amended by striking carry out this section and all that follows and inserting the following: carry out this section— $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2009 through 2013; and $2,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. .
