Section 2A(c) of the Cooperative Forestry Assistance Act of 1978 ( 16 U.S.C. 2101a(c) ) is amended— in paragraph (4), by striking and ; by redesignating paragraph
(5)as paragraph (6); and by inserting after paragraph
(4)the following new paragraph: as feasible, appropriate military installations where the voluntary participation and management of private or State-owned or other public forestland is able to support, promote, and contribute to the missions of such installations; and .
