1994 Section 532 of the Equity in Educational Land-Grant Status Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 301 note; Public Law 103–382 ) is amended— in paragraph (8), by striking Memorial ; in paragraph (26), by striking Community ; by striking paragraphs (5), (10), and (27); by redesignating paragraphs (1), (2), (3), (4), (6), (7), (8), (9), (14), (15), (16), (17), (18), (19), (20), (21), (22), (23), (24), (25), (26), (28), (29), (30), (31), (32), (33), and
(34)as paragraphs (2), (3), (4), (7), (8), (9), (5), (10), (15), (17), (18), (19), (20), (22), (23), (24), (25), (32), (26), (27), (28), (29), (30), (31), (33), (34), (35), and (14), respectively, and transferring the paragraphs so as to appear in numerical order; by inserting before paragraph
(2)(as so redesignated), the following new paragraph: Aaniih Nakoda College. ; by inserting after paragraph
(5)(as so redesignated), the following new paragraph: College of the Muscogee Nation. ; by inserting after paragraph
(15)(as so redesignated) the following new paragraph: Keweenaw Bay Ojibwa Community College. ; and by inserting after paragraph
(20)(as so redesignated) the following new paragraph: Navajo Technical College. . Section 533(b) of the Equity in Educational Land-Grant Status Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 301 note; Public Law 103–382 ) is amended in the first sentence by striking 2012 and inserting 2018 . Section 535 of the Equity in Educational Land-Grant Status Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 301 note; Public Law 103–382 ) is amended by striking 2012 each place it appears in subsections (b)(1) and
(c)and inserting 2018 . Section 536(c) of the Equity in Educational Land-Grant Status Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 301 note; Public Law 103–382 ) is amended in the first sentence by striking 2012 and inserting 2018 . Section 536(b) of the Equity in Educational Land-Grant Status Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 301 note; Public Law 103–382 ) is amended by striking with at least 1 other land-grant college or university and all that follows and inserting the following: with— the Agricultural Research Service of the Department of Agriculture; or at least 1— other land-grant college or university (exclusive of another 1994 Institution); non-land-grant college of agriculture (as defined in section 1404 of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 ( 7 U.S.C. 3103 )); or cooperating forestry school (as defined in that section). .
