Section 310E(b)(1)(C) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1935(b)(1)(C) ) is amended by striking $500,000 and inserting $667,000 . Section 310E(b) of such Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1935(b) ) is amended by striking the 2nd paragraph (2).
