Section 3 of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2012 ) is amended— in subsection

(g)by striking coupon, the last place it appears and inserting coupon ; in subsection (k)(7) by striking or are and inserting and ; by striking subsection (l); by redesignating subsections

(s)(as so redesignated) the following: Supplemental nutritional assistance program means the program operated pursuant to this Act. .
