Section 3205(b) of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 5680(b) ) is amended by striking related barriers to trade and inserting technical barriers to trade . Section 3205(e)(2) of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 5680(e)(2) ) is amended— by inserting and at the end of subparagraph (C); and by striking subparagraphs
(D)and
(E)and inserting the following new subparagraph: $9,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2011 through 2018. . Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall conduct an economic study on the existing market in the United States for U.S. Atlantic Spiny Dogfish.
