Section 201 of the Food for Peace Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1721 ) is amended— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by inserting (to be implemented by the Administrator) after under this title ; and by striking paragraph
(7)and the second sentence and inserting the following new paragraph: build resilience to mitigate and prevent food crises and reduce the future need for emergency aid. .
