Section 1231B(a)(1) of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3831b(a)(1) ) is amended— by striking 2012 and inserting 2018 ; and by striking a program and inserting a farmable wetland program . Section 1231B(b)(1)(B) of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3831b(b)(1)(B) ) is amended by striking flow from a row crop agriculture drainage system and inserting surface and subsurface flow from row crop agricultural production . Section 1231B(c)(1)(B) of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3831b(c)(1)(B) ) is amended by striking 1,000,000 and inserting 750,000 .

The heading of section 1231B of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3831b ) is amended to read as follows: . Farmable wetland program .
