Section 359f(c)(1)(B) of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938 ( 7 U.S.C. 1359ff(c)(1)(B) ) is amended by adding a period at the end. Section 1603(g) of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 ( Public Law 110–246 ; 122 Stat. 1739) is amended in paragraphs
(2)through
(6)and the amendments made by those paragraphs by striking 1703(a) each place it appears and inserting 1603(a) . This subsection and the amendments made by this subsection take effect as if included in the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 ( Public Law 110–246 ; 122 Stat. 1651). Section 767 of division A of Public Law 108–7 ( 7 U.S.C. 7911 note; 117 Stat. 48) is amended— in subsection (a)— by striking sections 1101 and 1102 of and inserting Public Law 107–171 subtitle A of title I of the ; and Federal Agriculture Reform and Risk Management Act of 2013 by striking such section 1102 and inserting such subtitle ; and by striking subsection
(b)and inserting the following new subsection: This section, as amended by section 1608(c) of the Federal Agriculture Reform and Risk Management Act of 2013 , shall take effect beginning with the 2014 crop year. .
