Section 508(b) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1508(b) ) is amended— by striking paragraph (7); and by redesignating paragraphs

(11)as paragraphs
(7)through (10), respectively. Section 531(d)(3)(A) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1531(d)(3)(A) ) is amended— by striking
(A)and all that follows through Eligible losses .— An eligible in clause
(i)and inserting the following: An eligible ; by striking clause (ii); and by redesignating subclauses
(I)and
(II)as clauses
(i)and (ii), respectively, and indenting appropriately. Section 901(d)(3)(A) of the Trade Act of 1974 ( 19 U.S.C. 2497(d)(3)(A) ) is amended— by striking
