Of the funds made available for the discretionary bus and bus facilities program under 49 U.S.C. 5309 in fiscal years 1999 through 2007, 2009 and 2010, $88,047,709 shall be rescinded: Provided , That of the funds made available to carry out new fixed guideways and extensions to existing fixed guideways under 49 U.S.C. 5309 in fiscal years 1998 through 2000 and 2005 through 2006, $38,290,300 shall be rescinded: Provided further , That of the funds made available for the alternatives analysis program under 49 U.S.C. 5339 in fiscal year 2012, $25,000,000 shall be rescinded.
