Section 1001(17)(A) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 ( Public Law 110–114 ; 121 Stat. 1052) is amended— by striking $125,270,000 and inserting $152,510,000 ; by striking $75,140,000 and inserting $92,007,000 ; and by striking $50,130,000 and inserting $60,503,000 . The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall take effect as of November 8, 2007.
