Section 304(a)(9) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1314(a)(9) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Upon publication of the new or revised water quality criteria under subparagraph (A), the Administrator shall publish in the Federal Register a list of all pathogens and pathogen indicators studied under section 104(v). .
