Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Director of the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection shall submit to Congress a report that contains— an evaluation of the effect of the amendments made by this Act on— State law; and communication between servicers and borrowers; and a description of any problems concerning the implementation of this Act.
