Section 1240A of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3839aa–1 ) is amended— by striking paragraph

(2)and redesignating paragraphs

(3)through

(6)as paragraphs

(2)through (5), respectively; and in paragraph

(2)(as so redesignated), by inserting established under the Organic Foods Production Act of 1990 (7 U.S.C. 6501 et seq.) after national organic program .
