Section 3684(a) is amended— in paragraph (1), by inserting after 32, 33, ; and 31, by adding at the end the following new paragraph: For purposes of this subsection, the term educational institution may include a group, district, or consortium of separately accredited educational institutions located in the same State that are organized in a manner that facilitates the centralized reporting of the enrollments in such group, district, or consortium of institutions. . The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall apply with respect to reports submitted on or after the date of the enactment of this Act.
