Sec. 7. Entitlement of children of certain deceased veterans to educational assistance under the Post-9/11 Educational Assistance Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Sec. 8. Recodification and improvement of election process for Post-9/11 Educational Assistance Program. Sec. 9. Centralized reporting of veteran enrollment by certain groups, districts, and consortiums of educational institutions. Sec. 10. Extension of loan guaranty fee for certain subsequent loans. Sec. 11.
