For the purposes of this Act, the following definitions apply: The term member means an enrolled member of the Duwamish Tribe, as of the date of the enactment of this Act, or an individual who has been placed on the membership rolls in accordance with this Act. The term Secretary means the Secretary of the Interior. The term Tribe means the Duwamish Tribe.
