Section 702(l) of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 ( 50 U.S.C. 1881a ) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: Each assessment or review required under paragraph (1), (2), or
(3)shall be submitted or provided in unclassified form, but may include a classified annex. .
