None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to carry out a furlough (as defined in section 7511(a)(5) of title 5, United States Code) that— includes in the notice of the furlough made pursuant to section 752.404(b) of title 5, Code of Federal Regulations, sequestration as the reason for the furlough; and is of a civilian employee of the Department of Defense who is paid from amounts in a Working Capital Fund Account pursuant to section 2208 of title 10, United States Code.
