Section 9008 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 8108 ) is amended— by striking biofuels and each place it appears in subsections (b), (c)(3), (d)(2)(A), (e), and (g)(2) and inserting biofuels, renewable chemicals, and ; in subsection (e)— in paragraph (2)— in subparagraph (A)— by striking at prices competitive with fossil fuels and inserting , renewable chemicals, and biobased products ; and by inserting and after the semicolon at the end; by striking subparagraph (B); by redesignating subparagraph
(C)as subparagraph (B); and in subparagraph
(B)(as so redesignated), by inserting renewable chemicals, after bioenergy, ; in paragraph (3)— in subparagraph (B)— in the subparagraph heading, by inserting after , renewable chemicals, ; and biofuels in clause (i), by striking cellulosic ; and in subparagraph (C)— in the heading, by striking ; and Biofuels development in clause (ii), by inserting , renewable chemical, or biobased product after biofuel ; by striking paragraph (4); by redesignating paragraphs
