Section 9013 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 8113 ) is amended— by redesignating subsection
(e)as subsection (f); by inserting after subsection
(d)the following: Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use to carry out this section $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. ; and in subsection
(f)(as redesignated by paragraph (1)), by striking 2013 and inserting 2018 .
