Section 981(a)(1) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: Any property, real or personal, involved in a transaction or attempted transaction in violation of section 103 of the Internet Gambling Regulation, Enforcement, and Consumer Protection Act of 2013, or any property traceable to such property. .
