Section 1955(b)(1) of title 18, United States Code, is amended— in clause (i), by striking
(i)is and inserting (A)(i) is ; in clause (iii), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following: is an unlawful Internet gambling facility, as defined in section 102 of the Internet Gambling Regulation, Enforcement, and Consumer Protection Act of 2013. .
