Section 7209(d) of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 ( 8 U.S.C. 1185 note) is amended by striking the Secretary, in conjunction with the Secretary of Homeland Security, and inserting the Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with the Secretary of State, . Section 7201(c)(1) of such Act is amended by inserting and the Department of State after used by the Department of Homeland Security .
