Section 210(b)(6) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1160(b)(6) ) is amended— by striking Attorney General each place such term appears and inserting Secretary of Homeland Security ; in subparagraph (A), by striking Department of Justice, and inserting Department of Homeland Security, ; by redesignating subparagraphs
(C)and
(D)as subparagraphs
(D)and (E), respectively; by inserting after subparagraph
(B)the following: The Secretary of Homeland Security may provide, in his discretion, for the furnishing of information furnished under this section in the same manner and circumstances as census information may be disclosed under section 8 of title 13, United States Code. The Secretary of Homeland Security may provide, in his discretion, for the furnishing, use, publication, or release of information furnished under this section in any investigation, case, or matter, or for any purpose, relating to terrorism, national intelligence or the national security. ; and in subparagraph (D), as redesignated, by striking Service and inserting Department of Homeland Security . Section 245A(c)(5) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1255a(c)(5) ), is amended— by striking Attorney General each place such term appears and inserting Secretary of Homeland Security ; in subparagraph (A), by striking Department of Justice, and inserting Department of Homeland Security, ; by amending subparagraph
