Sec. 401. Cancellation of additional visas

Section 222(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1202(g) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)— by striking Attorney General and inserting Secretary ; and by inserting and any other nonimmigrant visa issued by the United States that is in the possession of the alien after such visa ; and in paragraph (2)(A), by striking (other than the visa described in paragraph (1)) issued in a consular office located in the country of the alien's nationality and inserting (other than a visa described in paragraph (1)) issued in a consular office located in the country of the alien's nationality or foreign residence . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act and shall apply to a visa issued before, on, or after such date.
