The Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement shall, with respect to fiscal years 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017, submit to the Committees on Appropriations of the Senate and the House of Representatives, at the time that the President’s budget proposal for fiscal year 2015 is submitted pursuant to the requirements of section 1105(a) of title 31, United States Code, the information required in the multi-year investment and management plans required, respectively, under the headings U.S.
Customs and Border Protection, Salaries and Expenses under title II of division D of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2012 ( Public Law 112–74 ), and U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Border Security Fencing, Infrastructure, and Technology under such title, and section 568 of such Act.
