For an additional amount for data center migration, $34,200,000. Funds made available in subsection
(a)for data center migration may be transferred by the Secretary of Homeland Security between appropriations for the same purpose, notwithstanding section 503 of this Act. No transfer described in subsection
(b)shall occur until 15 days after the Committees on Appropriations of the Senate and the House of Representatives are notified of such transfer.
