Discretionary fiscal year 2014 appropriations in this title are hereby reduced by $24,000,000: Provided , That the Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall allocate this reduction within the accounts to which the reduction is applied: Provided further , That $156,000,000 are hereby rescinded from the fiscal year 2014 funds appropriated in title II of division E of Public Law 113–6 for “Department of Veterans Affairs, Medical Services”, “Department of Veterans Affairs, Medical Support and Compliance”, and “Department of Veterans Affairs, Medical Facilities”: Provided further , That the Secretary shall allocate this rescission among the three accounts.
