In this title: The term Secretary means the Secretary of the Interior. The term tribal member means— an individual who is an enrolled member of the Tribe as of the date of enactment of this Act; and an individual who has been placed on the membership rolls of the Tribe in accordance with this title. The term Tribe means the organization possessing the legal name Rappahannock Tribe, Inc. The term Tribe does not include any other Indian tribe, subtribe, band, or splinter group the members of which represent themselves as Rappahannock Indians.
