Section 12 of the Earthquake Hazards Reduction Act of 1977 ( 42 U.S.C. 7706 ) is amended— by adding at the end of subsection
(a)the following: There are authorized to be appropriated to the Federal Emergency Management Agency for carrying out this Act— $10,238,000 for fiscal year 2013; $10,545,000 for fiscal year 2014; $10,861,000 for fiscal year 2015; $11,187,000 for fiscal year 2016; and $11,523,000 for fiscal year 2017. ; by adding at the end of subsection
(b)the following: There are authorized to be appropriated to the United States Geological Survey for carrying out this Act— $90,000,000 for fiscal year 2013, of which $36,000,000 shall be made available for completion of the Advanced National Seismic Research and Monitoring System; $92,100,000 for fiscal year 2014, of which $37,000,000 shall be made available for completion of the Advanced National Seismic Research and Monitoring System; $94,263,000 for fiscal year 2015, of which $38,000,000 shall be made available for completion of the Advanced National Seismic Research and Monitoring System; $96,491,000 for fiscal year 2016, of which $39,000,000 shall be made available for completion of the Advanced National Seismic Research and Monitoring System; and $98,786,000 for fiscal year 2017, of which $40,000,000 shall be made available for completion of the Advanced National Seismic Research and Monitoring System. ; by adding at the end of subsection
(c)the following: There are authorized to be appropriated to the National Science Foundation for carrying out this Act— $64,125,000 for fiscal year 2013; $66,049,000 for fiscal year 2014; $68,030,000 for fiscal year 2015; $70,071,000 for fiscal year 2016; and $72,173,000 for fiscal year 2017. ; and by adding at the end of subsection
(d)the following: There are authorized to be appropriated to the National Institute of Standards and Technology for carrying out this Act— $7,000,000 for fiscal year 2013; $7,700,000 for fiscal year 2014; $7,931,000 for fiscal year 2015; $8,169,000 for fiscal year 2016; and $8,414,000 for fiscal year 2017. . Section 14 of the National Earthquake Hazards Reduction Act of 1977 ( 42 U.S.C. 7708 ) is amended— by striking
(a); and Establishment.— by striking subsection (b).
