The Secretary of Education shall submit a report describing the results of each evaluation conducted under section 286(x)(3)(A)(ii)(II) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (as added by section 302 of this Act) to— the President; the Committee on the Judiciary of the Senate ; the Committee on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives ; the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions of the Senate ; and the Committee on Education and the Workforce of the House of Representatives . The Secretary of Education shall make the findings of such evaluations widely available to educators, the business community, and the public.
