Section 201(c)(1) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1151(c)(1) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A)(i), by striking 480,000, and inserting 480,000 in fiscal years through 2013 and 440,000 beginning in fiscal year 2014, ; and in subparagraph (B)(ii), by striking 226,000. and inserting 226,000 in fiscal years through 2013 and 186,000 beginning in fiscal year 2014. . Section 203(a)(2) of such Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1153(a)(2) ) is amended— by striking 114,200, and inserting 139,200, ; by striking 226,000, and inserting 226,000 in fiscal years through 2013 and 186,000 beginning in fiscal year 2014, ; and by striking 77 and inserting 81.13 .
Section 203(a) of such Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1151(a) ) is amended by striking paragraph (4). The amendments made by this section shall take effect on October 1, 2014, and shall apply with respect to fiscal years beginning on or after such date.
