In addition to any other enforcement authority conferred under this Act or the amendments made by this Act, the Federal Government shall have injunctive authority with respect to any violation by a public entity of any provision of this Act, of any amendments made by this Act, or of clause
(x)or
(xi)of section 205(c)(2)(C) of the Social Security Act (added by the Social Security Number Protection Act of 2010 ( Public Law 111–318 )).
