Section 721(b)(12) of the Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3058i(b)(12) ) is amended— in subparagraph (B), by striking or at the end; in subparagraph (C), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following: older individuals who are Holocaust survivors. .
