Sec. 10701. Time for filing complaint

Any cause of action that arises from a covered energy decision must be filed not later than the end of the 60-day period beginning on the date of the covered energy decision. Any cause of action not filed within this time period shall be barred. Subsection

(a)shall not apply to a cause of action brought by a party to a covered energy lease.
