Section 5314 of title 5, United States Code, is amended by inserting after the item relating to Under Secretaries of the Treasury (3). the following: Under Secretary for Energy, Lands, and Minerals, Department of the Interior. . Section 5315 of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking Assistant Secretaries of the Interior (6). and inserting the following: Assistant Secretaries, Department of the Interior (7). . Section 5316 of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking Director, Bureau of Mines, Department of the Interior. and inserting the following new items:
Director, Bureau of Ocean Energy, Department of the Interior. Director, Ocean Energy Safety Service, Department of the Interior. Director, Office of Natural Resources Revenue, Department of the Interior. .
