Section 3(a) of the Lacey Act Amendments of 1981 ( 16 U.S.C. 3372(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (2)— in subparagraph (A), by striking the semicolon at the end and inserting ; or ; in subparagraph (B)(iii), by striking ; or and inserting a semicolon; and by striking subparagraph (C); in paragraph (3)(B)(iii), by striking ; or and inserting a semicolon; by redesignating paragraph
(4)as paragraph (5); by inserting after paragraph
(3)the following: subject to subsection (e), to import, export, transport, sell, receive, acquire, or purchase in interstate or foreign commerce, or to breed or possess, any prohibited wildlife species; or ; and in paragraph (5), (as so redesignated), by striking
