(d)of section 4004 of the Defense Economic Adjustment, Diversification, Conversion, and Stabilization Act of 1990 (division D of Public Law 101–510 ; 10 U.S.C. 2391 note), as amended by section 4212(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1993 ( Public Law 102–484 ; 106 Stat. 2664), is further amended— by inserting and at the end of paragraph (1); by striking ; and at the end of paragraph
(2)and inserting a period; and by striking paragraph (3).
