Notwithstanding section 2002 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 (division B of Public Law 111–84 ; 123 Stat. 2627), the authorizations set forth in the table in subsection (b), as provided in section 2101 of that Act (126 Stat. 2628) and extended by section 2106 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 (division B of Public Law 112–239 ; 126 Stat. 2121), shall remain in effect until October 1, 2014, or the date of the enactment of an Act authorizing funds for military construction for fiscal year 2015, whichever is later: The table referred to in subsection
