Subsection (c)(1) of section 1206 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 ( Public Law 112–81 ; 125 Stat. 1624) is amended— by striking fiscal years 2012 and 2013 and inserting fiscal years 2012, 2013, and 2014 ; and by striking for operation and maintenance and inserting to provide additional operation and maintenance funds for overseas contingency operations being carried out by the Armed Forces as specified in the funding table in section 4302 . Subsection
(h)of such section is amended by striking September 30, 2013 and inserting September 30, 2014 .
