Sec. 1085. Revision of compensation of members of the National Commission on the Structure of the Air Force

Section 365(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 ( Public Law 112–239 ; 126 Stat.1705) is amended— by striking shall be compensated and inserting may be compensated ; by striking equal to and inserting not to exceed ; and by inserting of $155,400 after annual rate . The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall apply with respect to compensation for a duty performed on or after April 2, 2013.
