Using amounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in section 2606(3), the Secretary of the Navy may acquire real property and carry out military construction projects for the Navy Reserve and Marine Corps Reserve locations inside the United States, and in the amounts, set forth in the following table: Navy Reserve and Marine Corps Reserve State Installation Amount California March AFB $11,086,000 Missouri Kansas City $15,020,000 Tennessee Memphis $4,330,000.
