Title 10, United States Code, is amended as follows: Section 113 is amended by striking subsection (m). Section 117 is amended by striking subsection (e). Section 127 is amended by striking subsection (d). Section 129 is amended by striking subsection (f). Section 153 is amended by striking subsection (c). Section 229 is repealed. The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 9 is amended by striking the item relating to section 229. Section 483 is repealed. The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 23 is amended by striking the item relating to section 483.
