Section 808 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 ( Public Law 112–81 ; 125 Stat. 1489) is amended— in subsections
(a)and (b), by striking fiscal year 2012 or 2013 and inserting fiscal year 2012, 2013, 2014 or 2015 ; in subsection (c)— by striking during fiscal years 2012 and 2013 in the matter preceding paragraph (1); by striking paragraphs
(1)and
(2)and redesignating paragraphs (3), (4), and
(5)as paragraphs (1), (2), and (3), respectively; and in paragraph (3), as so redesignated, by striking fiscal years 2012 and 2013 and inserting fiscal years 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 ; in subsection (d)(4), by striking fiscal year 2012 or 2013 and inserting fiscal year 2012, 2013, 2014 or 2015 ; and by adding at the end the following new subsections: If the reductions required by subsection (c)(2) for fiscal years 2012 and 2013 are not implemented, the amounts remaining for those reductions in fiscal years 2012 and 2013 shall be implemented in fiscal years 2014 and 2015. Failure to comply with subsections
(a)and
(e)shall be considered violations of section 1341 of title 31, United States Code (popularly referred to as the Anti-Deficiency Act). .
