Not later than January 15, 2014, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the House of Representatives and Senate a report on the following: The estimated United States force levels in Afghanistan for each of years 2015 through 2020. The estimated costs of United States military operations in Afghanistan for each of fiscal years 2015 through 2020.
