Section 1201 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 ( Public Law 112–81 ; 125 Stat. 1619), as amended by section 1221 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 ( Public Law 112–239 ; 126 Stat. 1992), is amended by striking fiscal year 2013 each place it appears and inserting fiscal year 2014 . The heading of subsection
(a)of such section is amended by striking “ fiscal year 2013 ” and inserting “ fiscal year 2014 ”. Subsection
(a)of such section is further amended by striking $200,000,000 and inserting $60,000,000 .
