Section 116(c) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 ( 22 U.S.C. 2151n(c) ) is amended— in paragraph (2), by striking and at the end; in paragraph (3)(B), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: whether the government has engaged in a pattern of noncooperation regarding abduction cases or access cases, as such terms are defined in the Sean and David Goldman International Child Abduction Prevention and Return Act of 2013. .
